Seller Terms & Conditions – TikBuy.au

By listing products on TikBuy.au, you (“the seller”) agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are in addition to the general TikBuy.au Terms & Conditions available on our website.

1. Your Role

  • You are responsible for the quality, accuracy, and fulfillment of the products you list.
  • TikBuy.au is a marketplace platform only. We are not the seller of record for your products (except in specific group-buy distribution cases).
  • You must act in good faith and respond promptly to customer inquiries and disputes.

2. Listing Requirements

All product listings must:

  • Accurately describe the product and match the images provided
  • Include clear delivery estimates
  • Specify whether shipping is free, flat-rate, or excluded
  • Include valid tracking information once the order is shipped

You must not list:

  • Counterfeit or replica goods
  • Items banned or restricted under Australian law
  • Used or refurbished items unless clearly disclosed

3. Compliance with Australian Laws

You are responsible for ensuring your products:

  • Comply with Australian consumer safety standards
  • Include proper labelling, certifications, or approvals (especially for electrical or medical items)
  • Do not violate any trademarks, patents, or intellectual property rights

If your product is:

  • Seized by customs
  • Found to be non-compliant
  • Reported as counterfeit

TikBuy.au reserves the right to:

  • Issue a full refund to the buyer
  • Withhold or reverse your payment
  • Remove your product or suspend your account

4. Shipping & Tracking

  • Orders must be shipped within 3 business days
  • You must provide a valid tracking number for each shipment
  • Delays must be communicated to TikBuy.au immediately

Group-buy orders (if applicable) must be shipped to TikBuy.au’s nominated address for distribution. Contact us for approval before participating in a group buy.

5. Import & Customs

  • It is your responsibility to correctly declare the contents and value of each shipment.
  • You must ensure customs documentation is accurate and includes required HS codes or certifications.
  • Buyers will be responsible for paying any import duties (typically for orders over AUD $1,000), unless otherwise agreed.
  • If your shipment is delayed, rejected, or seized due to your error, TikBuy.au may issue a refund to the buyer and deduct the cost from your balance.

6. Payments

  • TikBuy.au holds payment in escrow until:
    • The buyer confirms delivery, or
    • 5 calendar days pass without complaint
  • If the product is disputed or returned:
    • TikBuy.au may delay or reverse the payout
  • In cases of fraud, violation, or serious disputes, we may withhold payment indefinitely pending investigation

7. Disputes & Returns

You agree to:

  • Respond to all TikBuy.au or buyer dispute messages within 3 business days
  • Cooperate in resolving complaints, returns, or missing packages
  • Accept returns or refunds in accordance with TikBuy.au’s Buyer Guarantee

TikBuy.au reserves the right to intervene in disputes and resolve them at our discretion, based on the evidence provided by both parties.

8. Seller Conduct & Platform Use

Sellers must not:

  • Attempt to contact buyers off-platform for direct sales
  • Provide misleading information or pricing
  • Create multiple seller accounts without approval
  • Engage in review manipulation or fake orders

9. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or remove your account if:

  • You repeatedly fail to fulfill orders or provide tracking
  • Your products generate frequent complaints or refunds
  • You list prohibited or non-compliant items
  • You violate any Australian laws or TikBuy.au standards

10. Agreement to Platform Rules

By listing products on TikBuy.au, you agree to:

TikBuy.au reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes are published indicates acceptance.
