Here’s everything you need to know to start listing and selling:

How to List Your Products

• Create a Simple Product (one version) or a Variable Product (different styles, sizes, or colors).
• Set your product price to include delivery to the customer (unless it’s a group buy — see below).
• Set your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) if needed (e.g., 10 units). Example: Selling sneakers? Customers must order at least 10 pairs in any mix of sizes/colors.

How Group Buys Work

Want to offer a Group Buy deal where customers team up to meet your minimum order quantity?

Here’s how:

1. When listing your product, tick “Request Group Buy” during submission.
2. Set the Group Buy Duration — how many days customers have to unlock the deal (e.g., 7 or 14 days).
3. The TikBuy team will review your product and create a special Group Buy listing if approved.
4. Once the Group Buy is unlocked (MOQ reached):
   • You send the total order to TikBuy’s Australian warehouse.
   • TikBuy handles local distribution to individual customers.
5. Payments are released after successful local delivery!

No need for you to ship dozens of individual parcels.
TikBuy makes group selling easy and scalable.

Shipping

• Direct Sales: Price must include delivery to the customer.
• Group Buys: TikBuy handles local delivery — just send the bulk order to us.

Payment Release

• TikBuy holds payments securely.
• Once the customer confirms delivery (or the confirmation window expires), your payout is released.
• For Group Buys: payout occurs after final delivery to buyers.
